How do I become a trade customer?
If your business meets our criteria, your account will be approved. We do require full company information (e.g. if applicable VAT number, Company Registration number, full trading address, contact details with a working email address). For your first we do also request that you email email@example.com so that we can set you up as a new account.
I've registered but I can't log in.
To log in, you need to enter your username and password. Your username is the email address which you used when you registered. Your password is the password you chose when you registered. Log in details are case sensitive.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "forgotten password" link and it will be emailed to you immediately.
Please note that after 3 failed log in attempts, you will be locked out of your account for 15 minutes. Please try logging in again after that time.
What is your minimum order?
Minimum order amount of £1,000 for our everyday range (floral, natural stem trees, giftware, hanging baskets/planted tubs/window boxes) - carriage paid delivery.
Minimum order amount of £2,000 for our Christmas range - carriage paid delivery.
For orders going to Ireland minimum order value is £3,000 and the Duty and VAT must be settled by the recipient.
How do I pay?
All payments are to be made offline via our office. We accept most major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. We also accept payment by bank transfer and cheque. Please note bank transfer payments take up to 3 working days, cheque payments take up to 2 weeks to clear.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we can supply overseas customers by delivering to your chosen shipping exporter and from there the delivery is arranged by the customer.
