Our standard Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, either from the website or placed directly. Payment strictly nett within 30 days. No claims will be recognised unless made within seven days from receipt of goods. Until payment of the price in full is received by us the property in the goods supplied by us to you or as you may direct, shall not pass and you shall hold such goods and any process stemming from their sale of any part of such goods upon trust for us absolutely.

Although we are committed to ensuring the products you purchase from us are picked and packed with the utmost care, there may be times when there is a need for a refund or a replacement.

 

AN ITEM(S) HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY

In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged or faulty, you must contact us via email (sales@swiftimports.co.uk) with a photo of the damaged goods within 7 working days from receipt of goods. 
Once we have received your return request, we will send you an email with information on what to do next. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with further instructions.

 

AN INCORRECT ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR ITEMS ARE MISSING

In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received or there are items missing from your order, you must contact us via email (sales@swiftimports.co.uk) within 7 working days from receipt of goods. 
Once we have received your return request, we will send you an email with information on what to do next. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with further instructions.
